The monumental exhibition, the first since the Second World War, presents the artist’s oeuvre which is extensive and varied both in terms of its themes and forms of artistic expression. It features portraits of important people from pre-war Poland, posters, book illustrations, stage sets and even adverts. A remarkable religious painting is also presented: a canvas depicting Martin Luther at the Diet of Worms, on loan from the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Warsaw. The exhibition commemorates the 120th anniversary of Norblin’s birth and 60th anniversary of his death.
