The second edition of We Are Museums, a conference devoted to new technologies in museums, this year will be held in Warsaw.
5-6 June 2014
Zachęta - National Gallery of Art
State Etnographic Museum

We Are Museums is for people who believe that the power of innovation and creativity is essential for museums to grow and expand. Join us for 2 days in Poland to share our insights on how to create a new way of living museums. We Are Museums is a moment for art lovers, a blend of conference, workshop sessions, exhibition and art. Organizers believe that to remain relevant, museums and cultural institutions must evolve constantly in response to their environment and audiences.

Among the speakers are:
Seb Chan (Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, USA)
Andrew Lewis (Victoria & Albert Museum, UK), Becky Manson (Tate, UK)
Mirjam Wenzel (Jewish Museum, DE)
Kajsa Hartig, (Nordiska Museet, SE)
Sarah Hromack (Whitney Museum of American Art, US)
Silvia Filippini-Fantoni (Indianapolis Museum of Art, USA)
